Planetary Connections LLC provides coaching, consulting, digital products, and related educational content and programs. Services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group programs, online courses, workshops, and downloadable materials (collectively, "Services").
Our Services are educational and coaching in nature. Nothing provided by Planetary Connections LLC constitutes legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. Results from coaching vary and are not guaranteed.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a separate written payment plan is agreed upon. We accept payment via major credit cards and other methods made available at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are generally final. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if no coaching sessions have been delivered and no digital materials have been accessed. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to decline any refund request.
For one-on-one coaching sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited without refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
All content provided through our Services — including frameworks, worksheets, course materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of Planetary Connections LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
We take client confidentiality seriously. Information shared in coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions. Coaching is a collaborative relationship and requires your active participation. Planetary Connections LLC is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions you take based on our Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Planetary Connections LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planetary Connections LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Anoka County or Hennepin County, Minnesota.
